The Board of Trust and Managing Group has deemed it necessary to provide solid foundation for work to its intellectuals, experts professionals in order to achieve the objectives of the trust meaningful. As such established the forum of Institute of Human Right Affairs. Activities and terms of reference of Institute of Human Rights Affairs work is research, both legal and factual focusing on chapters of Human Rights, Rule of law, Democracy and Environment. IHRA undertakes and carry out research on laws and prepare comparative study, suggest and draft amendments. Struggle for legislative approval and enforcement in order to achieve objectives. Participate and or hold seminars, conferences, workshops and to appoint skilled, professional and related person or persons for investigative and comparative study reports on issues taken up by HRGP. To establish and install movable and immovable Environment Laboratories, Libraries, and information centers and to do, undertake and carry out work assigned by the Managing Board and pertaining to research or investigative and/or study reports on the issues under consideration of the HRGP and/or any its chapter of objectives. This is the first ever privilege of Institute of Human Right Affairs to advance a concept of scouting of human rights in order to achieve meaningful human cause by scouting. Every human is aware of his natural rights either he is illiterate or literate, however he is to know how those rights could be achieved from and for him, therefore, for the understanding of rights and duties created by the law of land and international legal environments must be parted to the common man of our society. The scouts are involved for creating such awareness in masses on human rights, rule of law and environment.
